Starfield III

A newcomer's review of the Starfield III: nice metal-and-resin build and comfortable Blessing-style shape (large for small ears), a horrid cable and few tips; sound is close to their preference, but they think better value exists above and below its price.

First impressions of a newly arrived Starfield 3: a pretty resin shell, some warmth with moderate sub-bass, good male and female vocals and relaxed highs with a little sparkle. The mid-bass sounded dry until Azla Crystal tips added punch.

“On initial listen, these do sound nice. It has some warmth to it, with a moderate amount of subbass. Vocal performance is pretty good across male and female vocals.”
