Their Moondrop Chu II DSP had distorted call audio on their Samsung S24+, so they returned it.
Their favourite of the five cheap IEMs they owned: the most balanced, neutral-warm and musical, great for female vocals; the DSP cable helps with PEQ.
Using just a Moondrop Chu II DSP with FLAC files on their phone was eye-opening, like gaining sight after being blind; they can't believe how good it sounds.
Their first IEMs, the Chu II DSP USB-C, work flawlessly on their phone but hiss in the background on a Lenovo laptop and were very loud until scaled down with Equalizer APO.
