Got the 7Hz Zero:2 and was not impressed.

Bought the 7Hz Zero:2 to replace a broken Chu 2 and was disappointed: it's a toned-down Chu 2 with a bit more bass but less clarity.

Their first IEMs, the 7Hz Zero:2, are amazing to them in fit, clarity and bass, sounding better than anything else they own.

Their first IEM, the 7Hz Zero:2 with a DAC, sounds amazing overall, though as a bass lover it took time to warm to the bass.

Very happy with their new 7Hz Zero:2, which exceeded expectations for the price, with louder bass than their EDC Pro and Chu 2.

Was extremely disappointed by the 7Hz Zero:2 as their first IEM: no bass even at full volume, and their AirPods Pro sounded better, though the fit is snug and comfortable.

Bought the 7Hz Zero:2 for a little more bass than their KBEAR KS2, but stuck with the KS2 for bass.

Their first IEM, the 7Hz Zero:2, had no soundstage in CS2 and sounded like basic earphones to them.

As a radio engineer, finds the 7Hz Zero:2's balanced, natural tuning perfect for critical listening, but is on their fourth pair after three died within six months.

Has used the 7Hz Zero:2 for 1.5 years with no issues at all.

Loves the 7Hz Zero:2, though it isn't a fun set; it sounds neutral and natural.

Their new USB-C 7Hz Zero:2 has almost no bass, despite reviews promising tight, clean bass.

negative

Their first IEM, the 7Hz Zero:2, sounds good and reveals parts of songs they never heard, but the volume seems low.

The 7Hz Zero:2 sounds nice for 19.90 euros, with clearer instruments than their Sony WH-XB910N.

The 7Hz Zero:2 is pretty good and balanced with rumbly sub-bass for games, but the soundstage feels cramped.

Has used the 7Hz Zero:2 with a FiiO X3 III for six months and is happy with everything so far.

The 7Hz Zero:2's sound profile is perfect for them: smooth, not harsh treble with balanced bass.

Their 7Hz Zero:2 sounds better than their Huawei FreeBuds 6i, but only as a minor upgrade.

Used the 7Hz Zero:2 nonstop for 1.5 years as their first IEM and found it great overall before moving to the Divine.

positive

Their first IEM, the 7Hz Zero:2, took time to adjust to, but now they like it a lot.

positive

Their 7Hz Zero:2 has made hissing sounds since day one when plugged straight into their PC.

Prefers the Wan'er 2; the 7Hz Zero:2's bass is too muddy and overbearing and its treble dull.

The inline mic and button module on their 7Hz Zero:2 cable started misbehaving.

Finds their Zero:2 flat with some bass and natural vocals, clean and simple, though not to their warm, dark taste.

EQs their Zero:2 to the Crinear Monolith bass curve and is super satisfied: punchy, satisfying bass.

positivegreat bass

Got the Zero:2 as first IEMs for Rainbow Six Siege and finds them very quiet without a DAC, needing 40%+ Windows volume; feels they may have wasted money.

The Zero:2 is their favourite IEM for day-to-day listening and gaming, used with a FiiO KA11.

Just got the Zero:2 and Chu III as first IEMs, with Dunu S&S tips and Tripowin Zonie cables, and couldn't be happier.

Got the Zero:2 as their first IEMs from a laptop jack and honestly didn't notice much difference from basic Samsung wired earbuds.

Owns the Zero:2 and calls it the best IEM under $50.

Owns the Zero:2: technically impressive for the price and so well tuned it needs no EQ.

The Zero:2 sounds great but its shape starts to hurt their ears after about an hour; their GK Kunten sounds slightly better and is more comfortable.

Finds the Zero:2 super good for what they bought it for; the fit and stock tips were a bit odd but they got used to it quickly.

Happy with the Zero:2 and its handy mic cable for calls, but the flimsy cable failed after 3-4 months of active use.

Can't hear a difference between their Zero:2 and a Shure SE215; their wife ended up taking them.

Of the Zero, Zero:2 and Bunny they've tried, the Zero:2 is the best and takes EQ really well.

Honestly prefers the 7Hz Zero 2 over the Hidizs MyLin, though its build quality is rubbish in comparison.

Has the Zero 2 for Valorant, CS and pop music and likes their sound, now looking for something more premium.

Found the Red Lion fatiguing and sibilant and is glad they got the Zero:2 for themselves, a much easier listen.

Uses the Zero:2 with swapped tips, a JCally dongle and EQ for portable listening: very cheap sound that's hard to beat under $80, and in noise the detail gap to their Hexa disappears.

positivegreat value

Owns the Zero:2 and finds the bass solid once the tips seal properly; uses a generic liquid-silicone tip because few stock tips seal for them.

positivegreat bass

Bought the Zero:2 a few months ago as a starter: the bass is too light for them and they hurt the ears after an hour; directional audio was fine once a mono setting was turned off. Not bad, just not for them.

Didn't rate the Zero:2 at all; among cheap sets they've tried, the Tangzu Wan'er Red Lion was one of the only ones they'd go back to.

Bought the Zero:2 as a first IEM, with Apple's dongle and lossless Apple Music, and wasn't impressed: vocals and mids sound ordinary and the detail is nothing new compared with their earlier earbuds, even after trying EQ. Wonders whether the Chu II would have been better.

“Vocals and mids were “normal” and detailing was nothing that I hadn’t experienced before, like i don’t know if i just spent money or wasted it on market hype.”
