Received a HD 660S2 with damaged pads causing channel imbalance, and Sennheiser India support took weeks to resolve it.

Having owned the HD 600, 650 and 660S2 for years, uses the HD 660S2 most; its tuning is basically perfect for them.
Found the HD 600 a bit shouty, and the HD 660S2 solved it: phenomenal headphones to their ears.
Sold and then repurchased both the HD 660S2 and Arya Stealth, as each is invaluable for different listening.
Tested the HD 660S2 and after two days couldn't take it any more; the tuning is so off for them.
Wasn't wowed by the HD 660S2 at first, but after a break came to appreciate it; the amp matters a lot.
After a month, their HD 660S2 sounds great but not necessarily better than their Bose QC Ultra for metal.
Has never found the HD 660S2 uncomfortable, even over 12-hour sessions.
Switched to the HD 660S2 after HIFIMAN failures: built like a tank, warmer and more analog, lighter and more comfortable, with slightly less but enough soundstage, on an Apos Gremlin tube amp.
Keeps returning to the HD 660S2: forgiving highs over long sessions, incredible vocals on a K13 R2R, and build they trust.
Their 300-ohm HD 660S2 sounds muddy, slow and veiled from a phone and basic dongle.
Has owned an HD 650 since 2011 but these days reaches for the HD 660S2, which does everything well without EQ.
Among their HD 600, 650, 58X and 660S2, the HD 660S2 is a close second to the HD 600, which wins on naturalness.
Tried the HD 600 before buying the HD 660S2 and likes the 660S2 much more: it felt chill immediately.
Liked the HD 660S2 they had briefly, competitive with the HD 620S for enjoyment with better timbre and sub-bass, but it triggered their sound sensitivity and gave them headaches.
Finds the HD 660S2 has no bass and absolutely no rumble.
Very treble-sensitive and found most headphones too bright, but the HD 660S2 is perfect for them.
Was about to sell their HD 660S2 until a Capra strap and Dekoni fenestrated sheepskin pads made them love it again; pairs it with a Qudelix 5K for casual listening.
“was about to sell the 660s2 and try something different, then i got a capra strap and dekoni fenestrated sheepskin pads and now i love them again.”
Found the HD 660S2 had almost no bass even with EQ, used it only about five times and sold it at a small loss for budget headphones they preferred.
Bought the HD 660S2 new at a big discount and has enjoyed it for a week with a FiiO M33 and Fangsound Silenos: very vocal-focused and dark, missing some treble energy but fantastic for heavier music, and Dekoni Elite pads helped the low end.
“Bought new heavily discounted just received the dekoni elite pads for these and it certainly helps the lower end out, these are very vocal focused, and pretty dark sounding, definitely missing some treble energy but fantastic for heavier stuff.”
