Calls the three-year-old EM6L still one of the best-sounding IEMs around $100: weak sub-bass but impactful midbass, full mids, extended non-fatiguing treble and excellent imaging for gaming; great for rock and metal, odd on some female vocals.

Recently got the EM6L for gaming after a lot of research and is very happy with them so far.
Tested the EM6L against the SuperMix 4 for Call of Duty and found the EM6L a bit better at picking out footsteps through explosions, though they kept the SuperMix 4 for bass.
“But I have the feeling the EM6L are "a bit better" in terms of highlighting enemy footsteps and covering all the extra noise like bombs dropping and stuff.”
