Was about to sell their HD 660S2 until a Capra strap and Dekoni fenestrated sheepskin pads made them love it again; pairs it with a Qudelix 5K for casual listening.
“was about to sell the 660s2 and try something different, then i got a capra strap and dekoni fenestrated sheepskin pads and now i love them again.”
Found the HD 660S2 had almost no bass even with EQ, used it only about five times and sold it at a small loss for budget headphones they preferred.
Bought the HD 660S2 new at a big discount and has enjoyed it for a week with a FiiO M33 and Fangsound Silenos: very vocal-focused and dark, missing some treble energy but fantastic for heavier music, and Dekoni Elite pads helped the low end.
“Bought new heavily discounted just received the dekoni elite pads for these and it certainly helps the lower end out, these are very vocal focused, and pretty dark sounding, definitely missing some treble energy but fantastic for heavier stuff.”
