The LCD-4 is their endgame headphone and they adore it, though it's very heavy.

Owns the LCD-4 (and has owned the LCD-3 and LCD-4z): no alternative matches its package of exceptional bass, great detail and smooth treble.
Has owned two LCD-4 units and demoed three others, and all five measured quite differently.
Loved the LCD-4's sound but couldn't get comfortable: it flopped around and its weight made them nervous, so they listened leaning back in one spot.
